Tonight I went to dinner with uber-photogenic Amy. Yes, that’s her full name. Of course I had to snap some shots of her for my project.
I have limited experience eating fish but Amy loves it so she convinced me to try the tilapia. I’m still not a huge fan but I’m not going to rule it out until I’ve eaten it on one of the coasts. I’ll have to try it when I’m in Cali next month.
Thanks Amy for a fabulous time and rest assured I didn’t get sick. :D
We’ll be heading out to Utah this week so that we can spend Christmas with my brother and his wonderful family. We only see them once in 2 years so it’s always a treat. Plus, Jordan has never been out west so I am SO excited to show him the mountains. Of course we are going to have to hit the slopes. He is more excited for the trip than I am…. if that’s possible.

Tonight I received a bunch of clothes that I ordered for Rose online. Here she is sporting her favorite thing—-the hood. She loves hoods. I got this shirt specifically for her because of the hood. :D She was in heaven.
Jordan doing a little last minute prep before finals week. He’s a fantastic student. I’m so proud of him.
I’m having fun with this project and I think my family is too. :D
DAY 2 : Rose and Jordan reading one of her many favorite books. One of my greatest joys is that Rose L-O-V-E-S to read. We spend a lot of time doing just that because I know that if I can instill a love of reading in my child that she will do well in the world. Reading is a powerful tool.
DAY 3 : orders ready to go out :D
