I come from a family of 6 girls and 2 boys {I’m the 5th in the bunch}—–yes, all from the same loving parents.
That makes for 20 grandkids so far and many of us are just getting our families started. There are 2 more coming this summer. woo hoo!
I love, love, LOVE having a large family and wouldn’t trade it for the world. I don’t think that I could raise 8 kids but my parents did it well. My mom is the most kind and patient person I know. There was always PLENTY of love to go around.
We moved around my whole childhood because my dad was in the Air Force, then went to medical school after he retired. I didn’t mind moving because 1. I love change and 2. we always had someone to play with.
We aren’t able to be together often enough but we are all still close. In my perfect world we would all live in the same town… Heck, in a few years we could probably start our own…. Camireville coming soon..
I am proud to announce #20.. Isabel Renee. Born Apr 1, 7 lbs 8 oz, 20 in long.
So far she is very content and a good eater. She looks a lot like her older brother, Marshall. If you put their baby pictures together you can hardly tell them apart.
Here she is at 5 days old…

Here’s the proud older brother sporting his pink binky

Happy Thursday!
