When Jordan got called to be a part of the Boy Scouts program, he was thrilled. He’s the ultimate outdoorsiman (nice word, eh?) He and his brother’s practically grew up in the woods. Since we don’t have any son’s of our own yet, he is fired up about passing on his bits of knowledge. (though, he vows that Rose will be as self-sufficient as the boys….. from changing a tire to surviving a zombie attack.. she’ll do it all…). Being as such, the boys are supposed to camp out every month. This month…… last Friday night… (the coldest night of the season thus far) they camped outside. Most rational human beings at least bring a tent. Not my hubs… he roughs it even when there’s a threat of frost bite……. After he returned.. with all appendages still attached and fully functioning he proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t comfortable sleeping in the truck cab, so he got up in the middle of the night to move to the ground……….. the ground! i-yi-yi…
A few weeks ago I got my new 5D mk II. I am in LOVE! ooohhh, she is fabulous. Photography was fun before but now with this incredible camera, the possiblilities are so great.
Here are some of my first shots… of course hanging out with my family.
Jordan is an incredible father…. (I just have to brag on him)
