I just had to share this one of Marshall. This was the next day when we went to a corn maze. His face cracks me up!
It was my nephew’s first birthday over the weekend, so we got to stay up north for a few days with my sister and her family. The only day that we could do Marshall’s one-yr-old shoot, it was too cold… so we made the best of her living room and managed to get some cute shots that really captured his personality.
Little Marshall is quite a tough kiddo.. nothing seems to phase him. I can’t tell you the number of times he tried to dive bomb off the couch and was caught just in the nick of time by my sister or her husband. Quite opposite of my dainty little Rose. She is a cautious child.
One of my all time favorite artists is Alanis Morissette.. from Jagged Little Pill on… no other artist has been able to move me the way she does.. I think she’s amazing..
check out this video ‘Limbo No More’.. the part of the soldier kills me.. with my husband being in Iraq for the last 16 mo, seeing anything soldier related tears me up..
on a positive note.. he comes home in just 4 days. .. thinking about it gives me butterflies. I can’t wait to have the smile that never stops. 
no one can make me laugh the way he does.. he is my absolute best friend.. life just isn’t the same without him……
In case you haven’t heard…. Embellish Boutique is a fabulous clothing store that opened up in West Plains a few of weeks ago. Trista Morrison, the owner, is so cool and is genius for taking this on. The boutique sells clothing and accessories for fashion forward women. The first of it’s kind in our area and I am so excited! She also sells maternity clothing and fun things for babies such as hats, booties, etc.
You should check it out if you haven’t already. It’s located on Washington Ave. next to Chellz.
