I was thrilled to photograph these kiddos again. It was fun to see how much they had grown since last year.
This is a little glimpse from yesterday’s session. It was hot and humid but the kids did really well. We had fun.
I had a spare album hanging around that I was going to use as a sample but after I changed the album sizes that I offer I didn’t have any need of it. I decided to keep it for myself. Here is the album I made up from Rose’s last official photo shoot. I know you’ve seen all of these pictures probably many times but I thought I’d share the layout with you. I can’t wait to have it printed!
I especially love the last page. Through last year I jotted down some of the funny things Rose said so that I wouldn’t forget. I figured her album was the perfect spot to keep them. Plus, the picture portrays her personality perfectly.
It kills me that she’s getting older. I wish time would slow down for the precious first few years of her life.

She fell asleep half way through so we let her snooze a bit. I loved it because I was able to get these. :D
Last week I painted a picture for Rose’s room and of course Rose was at the other end of the table painting too. All she talked about for the next week was that she needed an apron to wear when she paints too. So, I made up some sketches. She was so excited. She carried the sketches around with her everywhere and sat patiently at the table waiting for me to finish making it.
